Rainy Summer Wedding in Luttrellstown Castle

Amanda and Peter’s wedding in Luttrellstown Castle was probably one of the rainiest I photographed in 2023.

With a late ceremony on site and the imminent storm, we had to work really fast and get family photos and couple’s portraits done as soon as the ceremony was finished. We managed to get all the photos outside before the first heavy drops of rain started to fall. Fair play to the couple for “ let’s just do it” attitude!

We didn’t need to worry though, as the castle has beautiful spaces inside for both family and couple’s photos including the library and the staircase.

It was also nice to catch up with one of my previous couples who were guests and whose I photographed 6 years ago :)
